Chris Martin’s background in technical architectural design is based upon his experience in complex projects. His mastery of REVIT, a Building Information Modeling software, continues R+A’s leadership in technical design integration and management. His background in interior and exterior design and detailing for larger educational, retail, healthcare and government projects includes a broad base of understanding in new construction, redevelopment and renovations. Chris’ past experience includes early design through construction administration work for K-12 as well as higher educational institutions in the Chicago area.

With his skill sets in Building Information Modeling (BIM), Chris is adept at graphic communication and project documentation, as well as renderings and project imagery. This enables Chris to effectively communicate with R+A clients and project teams on key design elements and technical details.

Additionally, Chris’ expertise in LEED is integral to the R+A process of technical design management to guide and lead R+A clients. Chris is able to manage LEED communications and documentation to achieve the project’s LEED goals and certification.
